Jason Fulton is the sole owner and CEO of Grey Dog Security. He brings a diverse background in executive management, community relations, and the private security industry. Jason leads the company with a mission-driven approach focused on professionalism, presence, and partnerships. He is directly involved in strategic client relations, contract negotiation, and oversight of major accounts.
Katelyn Rapp
Chief Operating Officer
Katelyn Rapp serves as the Chief Operating Officer and brings over 10 years of experience in the security industry. Her background spans a variety of roles including site supervision, field training, dispatch, and operations management. Katelyn is responsible for the day-to-day execution of field operations, quality control, team performance, and service delivery across all client sites.
Kyle Baxter
Human Resources Manager
Kyle Baxter serves as the Human Resources Manager and brings experience in private security, executive leadership, and recruiting. His diverse background allows him to connect with team members at every level and ensure Grey Dog Security continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. Kyle also oversees scheduling operations company-wide, ensuring every site is staffed with the right people at the right time.
